What are your postage costs?
Postage within the UK is £2.95 for any order, any size.
Which postal service do you use?
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (signed for) Delivery service and are normally delivered within 1-2 working days.
Do you ship to Ireland?
Yes we do. The cost is £4.95 for the first item ordered, plus £0.95 for each additional item. Orders are sent by Royal Mail International shipping service and proof of postage will be obtained.
Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes we do. The cost is £5.95 for the first item ordered, plus £2.50 for each additional item. Orders are sent by International Shipping Service and proof of postage will be obtained. Delivery aim for International orders is 5-10 working days. This can be delayed slightly if the item requires customs clearance.
Are your orders sent by registered post?
Yes. All orders being delivered to a UK address are sent by a Royal Mail Signed For Delivery service, while orders being sent to countries outside of the UK are sent by Royal Mail International Standard shipping service (not tracked).
As UK deliveries will require a signature at the delivery address, if the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the Royal Mail will leave a notification card at the address with instructions on how you may collect your item from your local post/sorting office.
Such instructions will include a time limit for collection. If the item is not collected from your local sorting office (normally within 18 days) the Royal Mail return your item to us.
When will my order be dispatched?
Once your order has been placed and the payment is accepted you will receive an email confirmation of your order. We dispatch orders the same working day if ordered before 11:30am. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
What should I do if I haven't received my order after allowing for the delivery time?
Please contact us and we will track your order for you. The tracking number will provide a date of attempted delivery. We will look into any delivery queries as a matter of urgency. Please note that once the package has left our possession we cannot be held responsible for any delays the Royal Mail may have, however we will attempt to resolve any issues where possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest level of customer service. Every time, every customer, guaranteed. Should this happen, please contact us in the first instance for us to help resolve any issues.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
The item I ordered doesn't fit. Can I have a refund/exchange?
Non-sale items that are returned within 14 days of receipt may be returned for a full refund. For further information please see our returns and exchanges policy.
