Refunds and Exchanges Policy  

We're confident that you'll love your purchase, however on the off chance it doesn't fit or you don't like it, please see below:

- We are happy to refund or exchange any non-sale item(s) (subject to stock) as long as the item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Items will only be refunded or exchanged after this period at our discretion.

- Sale items cannot be refunded (exchanges only). 

- For security reasons, we recommend that any returned item(s) are returned via a fully tracked delivery service e.g Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. This is so that the parcel is insured and can be fully tracked on its journey back to us. Filthy Dollar cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the returned parcel whilst in transit with the courier.

- The item(s) must be returned in an unworn, unwashed condition and with any original packaging and tags intact.

- We are unable to provide refunds if the item has been worn or damaged after purchase.

- Note that any refunds will not include the original delivery charge, and the cost of returning the item(s) to us is the customers responsibility.

- Once an exchange has been approved it will be posted back to you free of charge.

- Items may only be exchanged once.

- Exchanges and refunds can take between 5-7 working days to be processed.
